D&D Cabinets knocked it out of the park. From the first conversation to the final install, their team delivered with precision, professionalism, and pride in their craft. The execution was seamless - every detail was thoughtfully handled, every deadline met, and the final product speaks for itself: flawless, high-quality cabinetry that elevates the entire space. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and their team? Simply exceptional. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting everything just right. We contacted Steve Savage with Savage Designs and D&D cabinets for cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We had a preliminary design that Steve made major improvements too. Overall we were very happy with new kitchen.

We had or cabinets done a few years ago, I loved them then and still do. My Father was a cabinet maker so I have a high bar. Great color, fit and finish!

I recently purchased a home at Woodside Homes off of Twelve bridges. D&D cabinets completed the install of all the cabinets in the home. The issue was not immediately obvious during the walkthrough we had prior to moving in, but as I began to use the cabinets, it became clear that the doors and drawers were not properly aligned. I chalk it up to being distracted by the excitement and allure of the brand new home. I have some knowledge on the matter because I previously had 4 years of experience in the cabinetry industry, and was one of the individuals responsible for quality control of the cabinets that left our shop as well as inspecting them post install, and so It was frustrating to see that something that should have been caught during the installation was not, and it made the cabinets look less polished and professional than I had hoped.

Long story short, I let our builder's superintendent know that I was not happy with the install and he advised that he would schedule D&D Cabinets to come out to align them correctly. They sent over Randy on 1/10/23 who right off the bat appeared and came of as annoyed and frustrated about this call. He told me to point out which drawers and doors were misaligned and said that he would correct. I work from home and have calls scheduled throughout the day, so my expectation was that any professional that came over would know what to do and how to identify the misaligned doors and drawers.

When I asked Randy if he could see the misaligned doors/drawers, he deflected by saying the they were installed per "industry standard". When I asked him what that meant, he said that there is a certain threshold of acceptable deviance in the alignment of the doors/drawers. He also advised that the company does not run an alignment laser but rather aligns them by sight and feel. At this point I had already spent 10-15 min of my time speaking with Randy and pointing out which door/drawers were misaligned and this was taking time out of my workday. I truly not expect to have to babysit a professional and have to identify the misaligned doors/drawers for them when that is their job and responsibility.

While the majority of the cabinets look good and function well, the misaligned doors and drawers are a constant reminder of the lack of attention to detail on the part of the company's quality control. Overall, while the cabinets themselves may be of good quality, however the lack of proper quality control left a lot to be desired.

I would not recommend this company to anyone as a result of my experience with them. I am disappointed with the outcome and the lack of attention to detail on the part of the company, and the poor customer service experience I received from the employee Randy.

We used D&D to remodel our kitchen. Their designer was fantastic and went above and beyond helping us design improved layouts with custom kitchen cabinets for our home. Cabinets were delivered as promised on the time schedule given. We had one issue of being short some pulls and a door that didn't have the pull holes drilled in the correct location, but their warranty department was contacted and they scheduled their representative out to handle it (making new doors and bringing the missing pulls). I would definitely recommend using them for cabinet (kitchen or even other rooms or storage cabinets) as they have so many options to chose from.
